AuNet Center is committed to providing a total solution for an ever changing user internetworking requirements based on internationally accepted academic standard.
Description
The mission entrusted to the Center is primarily Internet-oriented. This mission comprises the interconnectivity of all computer networks on the two campuses of the university and the gateway to the Internet, the sharing of information by means of the Internet technology, and the empowerment of users to efficiently avail themselves of the available communication infrastructure and information.
In terms of this mission, the Center provides a total solution for the Internetworking needs of each particular computer network on the two campuses, as well as individual user’s requirements. As such the scope of actions includes:
- Creation and maintenance of the Internetworking infrastructure
- Development of Internet-based information systems
- Development of User Service System
