AuNet Center envisions herself as a leading Internet Service Provider supporting the education mission of Assumption University

Description
In line with Assumption University’s vision and mission, AuNet Center defines herself as a leading provider of Internet services, which is a package of communication, information sharing, and applications. This is to create the environment where Cybertechnology is deployed to serve the education needs and requirement of the AU community. Her priority customers are students, faculty members, staff, the Executive body, and the public.

To become a leading organization in this field, she needs to keep herself up-to-date and efficient, while user satisfaction is her goal and commitment. As such, the Center will develop an overall internetworking solution to support the education effort of the university by turning her products and services into a technology-mediated learning environment for AU community and the public.

To this end, AuNet Center will create and provide the following quality services and systems:

1. Internetworking Infrastructure –The computer Internetworking infrastructure will be efficient and reliable in terms of performance, availability and resiliency, scalability, and security. Differentiated services will be wisely managed and controlled.
2. Internet-based information systems –The Internet-based information systems will be highly competitive in terms of modernity, completeness and comprehensiveness, accuracy, relevancy to user’s requirements and needs, and ease of use.
3. User Service Systems –The user service system will be of high quality in terms of the appropriateness of the technology she employs, the way the services are provided, and the process she makes use of, all to guarantee the overall user satisfaction.
